Brewed with our finest farm-grown ingredients, Crop Top IPA delivers a delightful balance of citrus and pine notes, with a touch of malt sweetness. At 6.5% ABV, it’s the ideal brew for those who appreciate a flavorful, refreshing beer.

Crop Top pours a bright hazy yellow with a stiff white head. Expect big tropical aromas of mango, citrus zest, and the signature peach ring candies! Finely finished IPA, rare and glorious! Brewed with DG’s 2-row Violetta malting barley and 100% NYS Hops! We’re proud to be the only upstate NY Brewery to support NYS Farm families with every single one of our brews! FIELD DAY

Experimental Kölsch | 5.3% ABV

Field Day isn’t your typical Kölsch—it’s our first no-hop addition brew, packed with unique aroma and flavor. How? With yarrow.

Last summer, we clipped, propagated, dried, and vacuum-sealed yarrow from our fields to use in this special brew. This sustainable, natural, and intentional ingredient not only adds the necessary bitterness but also imparts a slightly sweet, licorice-like note and gentle floral flavors.

Why yarrow? Because our mission is to preserve our family farm using sustainable practices. By supporting native species like yarrow, we combine traditional agriculture with innovative brewing. Plus, yarrow is both beautiful and delicious—a major bonus!

SUNRISE SQUEEZE

Double IPA | 9.0% ABV

Wake up your taste buds with Sunrise Squeeze, a double IPA that’s as bold as it is refreshing. Bursting with fresh-squeezed orange juice flavors and creamy vanilla undertones, this brew is perfectly balanced with subtle piney notes for a crisp finish.With its silky mouthfeel, juicy complexity, and a powerful 9% ABV, Sunrise Squeeze is the ultimate harmony of citrus, sweetness, and resinous hops.

Whether you’re chasing golden mornings or toasting to twilight, this brew is your perfect companion. As with all our brews – this baby is 100% grown, brewed, and sold in NYS!!! All the malt is grown on our farm and our hops are sourced from only NYS growers!  Drink locally grown and help strengthen our rural and agricultural economy!

AMBER WAVES

Amber Ale | 6.0% ABV

Our Amber Waves is here to light up your fall!  This beauty pours a deep amber to coppery brown with a thick, off-white head that sticks around. Expect a malty aroma with a touch of caramel and a hint of citrusy hops.

The flavor? Smooth caramel sweetness balanced with light toasty notes and a moderate hop bitterness that keeps it perfectly balanced. It’s the cozy brew you’ll want to sip all season!

SPINNING JENNY

Pale Ale | 5.5% ABV

Returning the third week in September.  Spinning Jenny is a beautifully balanced Pale Ale with a vibrant copper hue and a crisp, clear appearance. This beer showcases a harmonious blend of malt and hop character, offering a subtle malt sweetness paired with a refreshing bitterness and floral, citrusy hop notes.

With a medium body and a smooth, clean finish, Spinning Jenny is perfect for any occasion. At 5.5% ABV, it’s the ideal brew to enjoy with friends or to unwind after a long day. Pair it with grilled meats, spicy dishes, or a fresh salad for an unbeatable taste experience. Spinning Jenny is brewed with Dancing Grain’s 2-row Violetta malting barley, planting in September, harvested in July, and malted in February! This brew is our go-tow malt-forward, old-school, pale ale!

IRON COLT

Imperial Stout | 9.0% ABV

Get ready to meet the boldest brew yet—our Iron Colt Imperial Stout is here to warm you up over this cool weather!  This indulgent beauty, clocking in at a hefty 9.0% ABV, pours jet black with a thick, off-white head that’s as rich as the flavors inside.

Brewed with DG’s own two row Violetta malting barley and specialty malts, a touch of vanilla, decadent cocoa nibs, and the finest Colombian coffee from our friends at Kickstart Coffee Co., this stout is the ultimate cozy-up companion. The aroma alone will have you hooked—notes of decadent tiramisu filled with love and laughter!

Brewed with our very own two-row violetta barley, a house-grown sourdough starter from our hard red wheat, and a perfect mix of lavender and yarrow, this latest batch is just what you need to fall in love with Dancing Grain this weekend!

BIG FIG ENERGY

Doppelbock  | 8.5% ABV

Introducing Big Fig Energy, a bold and festive doppelbock at 8.5% ABV, crafted to bring warmth and cheer to your holiday season!  Conditioned since October, this beer is as indulgent as it is celebratory, blending tradition with a creative twist.
This strong, rich, and malty-forward German inspired lager conforms with its traditional stylistic components but with a few holiday-inspired twists! Flavors of dried figs, pureed plums, and cocoa nibs, create a luxurious brew perfect for winter nights and holiday celebrations.
