The coziest kind of holiday chaos is coming to Dancing Grain — and we’re here for every festive, glue-gun-glittered second of it.
This December, we’re transforming the taproom into a merry little crafting studio for our Sweater Wreath Craft Social — a playful, laughter-filled afternoon of creativity, cold brews, and fabulously tacky holiday sweater magic.
You bring the holiday spirit… we supply the rest.
At this hands-on workshop, you’ll design your own over-the-top wreath-on-a-sweater masterpiece—perfect for Ugly Christmas Sweater parties, festive family gatherings, and every holiday moment that calls for a little extra sparkle. We’ll provide a cozy crewneck, mini lights, decorations, and all the supplies you need to build your holiday showstopper. Just show up ready to sip, glue, and giggle.
Whether you’re crafting with your besties, planning a seasonal outing, or simply craving a fun escape from December madness, this social is all about connection, creativity, and leaning into the joy (and silliness) of the season. Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just bring yourself and your holiday spirit. .
Is the crewneck included?
Yes! A cozy crewneck is included in your ticket. Be sure to select your size at checkout — if you skip this step, we’ll provide a size Large by default.
What if I want to bring my own sweater instead?
You’re welcome to! However, the ticket price remains the same. The included crewneck will still be reserved for you.
What kind of decorations will be available?
We’ll have a mix of tinsel garlands, ribbons, mini ornaments, bows, lights, and seasonal embellishments. If you have something specific or sentimental you want to add, feel free to bring it!
Will someone be guiding the craft, or is it DIY?
We’ll kick things off with a quick demo and inspo ideas, then you’re free to design your sweater however your holiday heart desires. We’ll have helpers circulating if you need an extra hand.
Is this event kid-friendly?
This experience is geared toward adults, but older kids/teens with an adult are welcome if they enjoy crafting and can safely use hot glue guns. Must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Ticket price remains the same.
Can I come with friends?
Absolutely — crafting is more fun with buddies! If you’d like to sit together, arrive a few minutes early so we can seat your group at the same table.
What does the ticket include?
• 1 crewneck sweatshirt
• All craft + decorating supplies
• Mini lights
• Use of tools (glue guns, scissors, etc.)
• 1 DG beverage (mixed drinks excluded)
How long does the event last?
Approximately 2 hours. Enough time to craft, sip, chat, take photos, and show off your masterpiece.
Will there be food available?
We don’t have a kitchen, but we’ll have snacks available for purchase. You’re always welcome to bring your own food or grab takeout to enjoy during the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can’t make it, feel free to gift or resell your ticket to a friend.
What should I wear?
Clothes you won’t cry about if a rogue glue dot or glitter lands on them.
Will there be photos?
Yes! We’ll be snapping pics for social — if you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at check-in.
Is Fido allowed during this event?
We’re sorry, but not dogs during craft sessions!
