ABOUT THE BREWERY

Dancing Grain is a woman-owned and operated farm brewery, proudly certified as a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by New York State and New York Grown & Certified. We create beverages from grain grown right here on our land or sourced from family farms like ours across New York, all meeting strict standards for environmental stewardship, food safety, and fair labor. Availability varies, and offerings are limited to guests of legal drinking age.

Rooted in agriculture and seasonality, everything we do reflects the pace of the farm. Our work is guided by a five-year Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) contract with the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, supporting healthy crop rotations, soil-building practices, and conservation strategies that sequester carbon, protect waterways, and improve air quality.

We started Dancing Grain with a simple goal: to leave the land better than we found it. By vertically integrating our farm and brewery, we’ve built a more resilient future for our family farm while sharing a model of thoughtful, regenerative agriculture we hope can inspire other small farms in New York and beyond.
