27 Jun Founding Fermentations: A Cask Ale Celebration
A Revolutionary Cask Ale Celebration
📅 Friday, July 4 • Starting at Noon (Until Sold Out)
📍 Dancing Grain Farm Brewery
Celebrate Independence Day with a pint full of purpose at Founding Fermentations, our first-ever Cask Ale Celebration honoring beer’s colonial roots and the land that sustains us. This event is a nod to the early days of American brewing—before refrigeration, forced carbonation, or powdered wigs—and a toast to the freedom to brew our own path.
Naturally Carbonated, Proudly Independent
We’re tapping three farm-brewed, cask-conditioned ales—naturally carbonated, gravity-poured, and full of unfiltered character.
- Sweet Bee Honey Rye IPA
- Tractor Time American Craft Lager
- Farmer’s Daughter Dry-Hopped Wild Ale
Each is brewed with grain grown right here on our farm and served the way it would’ve been in 1776: straight from the firkin, cellar-temp, and bursting with flavor.
$8 pours | $20 flights | Available until sold out
All-American Bites from 80K Street Plates
Pair your revolutionary pint with bold flavors from 80K Street Plates, serving up an all-American lineup of comfort food from July 4–6. From burgers to loaded fries to lobster rolls, they’ve got the fuel to keep your freedom celebration going strong.
Brewed with Purpose, Served with Pride
Our cask ales are more than a throwback—they’re part of a regenerative, farm-based brewing model that honors both the land and the people who drink from it. As a New York State Grown & Certified farm brewery, we’re proud to grow our own grain, care for our soil through conservation practices, and serve every pint steps from where it begins. This is beer rooted in place, history, and independence.
Raise a glass to freedom from boring beer! For the land. For the spirit. For what comes next.
