A Beer CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a monthly membership in a working farm brewery.
Members receive ongoing beer benefits throughout the year, including:

Unlike a traditional beer club, a Beer CSA is tied directly to the farm(s) and brewery that produce it. Memberships help support day-to-day operations and long-term planning, while giving members consistent access to beer made from locally sourced ingredients.

WHY A CSA MATTERS
A Beer CSA isn’t a mug club or a discount program – though it does offer great discounts! It’s a share of this year’s production – a share of this year’s hope. When you join, you’re supporting the grain we plant, the beer we brew, the events we host, and the experiences that unfold here all season long. You’re paying now for a share of what this year becomes — the harvest, the gatherings, and the memories made along the way.
For the farm, that support matters deeply. Farming and brewing are inherently seasonal, and many of our largest investments happen before the season even begins — from spring planting and ingredient sourcing to labor and infrastructure. CSA memberships help smooth out the big seasonal swings in our cash flow. Instead of facing large ups and downs, they provide stable income all year long. That means we can plan responsibly, handle slower months, and grow in a financially sustainable way.
For members, it means being part of the farm in a real way — not just showing up, but helping make it possible. This isn’t about perks. It’s about participation.

Dancing Grain is a working farm brewery in upstate New York, proudly New York Certified Woman-Owned and New York State Grown & Certified.
Our approach starts with agriculture and ends in the glass. We grow malting barley on our farm, work directly with New York hop growers, and prioritize ingredients that are New York State Grown & Certified. Every decision — from sourcing to brewing — is rooted in supporting regional agriculture and maintaining transparency across the supply chain.
That focus means our beer reflects real variables: soil health, crop rotations, weather, and seasonality. Not uniform inputs. Not anonymous ingredients. And not beer designed to taste the same everywhere, every time.
