We are a second-generation farming family operating a vertically integrated farm brewery, growing and brewing specialty New York grains into premium craft beverages – and we’re 100% woman owned and certified!
More than 90% of our ingredients come from our fields to your glass. Our regenerative, diversified farm blends flowers, grains, cover crops, and native plantings to build healthy soil and better beer.
Our vertically integrated supply chain reduces our carbon footprint and strengthens the health of our land. Our farm and brewery are New York State Grown & Certified, meeting the highest standards for local sourcing and environmental stewardship.

DGFB is a field-to-glass farm and brewery that emphasizes the importance of soil health and fertility on the single largest beer ingredient – grain. Each year we trial new grain varieties and fine tune our growing, harvesting, and handling techniques. Beginning in August 2022, DGFB brings you freshly brewed beer you can’t get elsewhere.

A year-round way to support the farm and farmers behind the beer — with member perks, early access, and the freshest new brews.

We offer free farm brewery tours every Friday at 5 PM through March, led by our head brewer, Duffy. These informal tours explore what’s currently in the tanks, what’s just been released, and how our farm and brewery work together — with time for questions and conversation along the way. No reservation required.
For a deeper, more personalized experience, private guided brewery tours and tastings are available for $50 per person and must be scheduled in advance. These brewer-led sessions include a walkthrough of the brewery with Duffy, discussion of our crops and brewing approach, and a guided tasting of four 5 oz beers. A minimum of four guests is required.
To schedule a private tour or tasting, email info@dancinggrain.com.
